This month a legislative update on the bill working its way through the process in Missouri plus updates on World Cup.
The Kansas City Short-Term Rental Alliance (KCSTRA) is a group of residents, hosts, local businesses, and other advocates who understand and protect the rights of homeowners to responsibly rent their properties. We believe in fair and reasonable regulations of short-term rentals in Kansas City, and know the value that private hosting brings to our area’s economy at large.
We are the voice for legal short-term rentals working to develop reasonable regulations and responsible management. KCSTRA serves as a resource and platform for its members, providing updates on policy proposals, relevant news stories, and opportunities for action.
Our mission is to balance a thriving Short-Term Rental Community which supports both property owners' options and neighborhoods. We collaborate with and educate our Community, Public Officials, Short Term Rental Owners/Operators and Associated Businesses.
They meet once a month on the 3rd Thursday of the Month.
