Mid-America Association of Real Estate Investors, LLC (hereafter "Association") is a Chapter Member of National REIA.

Association does not render legal, tax, economic or investment advice. All programs are provided with the understanding that Association is not engaged in rendering legal, tax, or other professional services. If legal, tax or other expert assistance is required, the services of a competent professional should be sought.

Please note that billing will automatically renew at the rate defined above when your monthly, quarterly or annual membership is up for renewal. Should you decide to cancel your membership, you can do so at any time by sending an email to MAREIKC@gmail.com. Thirty (30) Day notice is required to cancel membership after the one (1) year commitment. Membership Fees are Non Refundable. 

Members agree to comply with the Code of Ethics as described in detail on our website. Applying for membership online constitutes your permission for the Association to contact you regarding related information via email, fax, phone, and automated voice & text broadcast dialers.

By your attendance at Association events, you are granting your permission to be filmed, videotaped, audiotaped, or photographed by any means and are granting full use of your likeness, voice, and words without compensation. The above Applicant, in consideration for his/her acceptance as a member of the Association, hereby releases, discharges, and agrees to indemnify the Association, its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and/or contractors from any liabilities now accrued, or which may hereafter accrue, from their actions, inactions, or communications made by the Association and/or officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and/or contractors in or through their respective capacities with the Association. By applying for membership, the applicant hereby acknowledges and agrees that he/she has carefully read and fully understands the above Terms of Sale, Disclaimer, and Release.

Product Return Policy

We offer a 3 day money-back guarantee on all books, CDs and home-study products, less a 10% restocking &handling fee. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON SHIPPING, SOFTWARE OR LEGAL FORMS (including forms CDs included in a home study package).

 Event & Seminar Ticket & Refund Policy

Event or Seminar refunds must be requested in writing by email or facsimile. No Refunds for "No shows" or cancellations less than seven (7) days before the event. Tickets are non-transferable. Audio or videotaping of the event is not permitted.

These business parties are required to use personally identifiable information exclusively for the purpose of providing their services.
