Headlines talk of Banks failing . . . at least a few and many others are on shaky ground, not for the same reasons or as many.  And ATTOM's recent 2023 Vacant Property & Zombie Foreclosure Report shows that there are 311,508 residential properties in the US in the process of foreclosure in the 2nd quarter of 2023, up 4.3% from the 1st quarter and up 20.2% from the same time last year.  So, when the time comes will you be prepared?

And what if the time does not come and we don't see a giant economic downturn and huge numbers of foreclosures?  Banks have been foreclosing on houses long before 2008 and well after 2008.  Maybe not during COVID, but even those are now working their way through the system.  Knowing which banks to target and how to get in on their good side so they send you deals.  And when you go to sell, sure, you can flip them for cash.  But what if you possibly paid a bit more than the fix and flip formulas say you should?  Knowing how to maximize your profits and make money three ways with a fair lease option can come in really handy.
