Buying her first rental property in 1989, which she still owns by the way, Vena Jones-Cox does all of her investing in the Greater Cincinnati area.  To date, she has bought, sold, and still owns, somewhere north of 700 deals.

While she wholesales - a lot, she also 

• Buys on lease option, rent to own, and land contract, averaging about 5 new keepers into her portfolio each year.
• Buys using owner financing, private financing, subject to, and other creative deal-making strategies.
• Very active in her local REIA including past president of  REIA of Greater Cincinnati, OREIA, and National REIA
• She does real estate herself, teaches others how to do it, and advocates for it.
• Plus she is a real estate broker in the state of Ohio
• And has hosted a real estate radio show since 1998

She truly believes that real estate is the best way to achieve financial independence, which is why she teaches others how to invest, honestly, ethically, and for the greater good of our communities.
